Music Photography
My first career was as a music journalist in London where I also would shoot live music and concerts. As a music fanatic, nothing makes me happier than being in the heart of the photo pit at festival or concert hall, a few feet away from the artists and performers. With my music photography I want to take you into the heart of the action so you can see the sweat and smell the beer. I have shot at most major UK venues and all around the Los Angeles and Orange County California region. Of course, we live in an image saturated era, so it really takes a special kind of music photo to stand out. I particularly like indie music, jazz, soul, funk and reggae and look for originality in the music I like.
